Steven Copp, MSLS, currently serves as a Sales Support Associate at Macmillan Learning, providing internal support for sales representatives and customer service to educational professionals. Prior to this role, Steven accumulated extensive experience in library services at The Ocean County Library, progressing from Youth Services Library Associate to Youth & Young Adult Services Librarian, where responsibilities included overseeing programming for children and teens, conducting outreach to schools, and managing library collections. Steven's career also includes roles in human resources and customer service, lending skills in recruitment and client support to enhance organizational effectiveness. Steven holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from PennWest Clarion and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Speech from Wagner College.
