Sherry Mooney

Sherry Mooney is a seasoned editorial professional with a robust background in developmental editing and content creation. Currently serving as a Senior Developmental Editor at Macmillan Learning since April 2015, Sherry previously held multiple editorial roles at Bedford/St. Martin's, ranging from Associate Editor to Marketing Assistant. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Communications at Illusion Theater and various internships in development and editorial capacities at Augsburg Fortress Publishers, Lerner Publishing Group, and Coffee House Press. Sherry holds a Master's of Education in Learning Technologies from the University of Minnesota, a certificate in Editing from the University of Chicago Graham School, and a BA in English from Carleton College, along with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
