Jim Joseph

Jim Joseph, EdD, serves as the Vice President of Advancement & Innovation and Dean of the Madden College of Business & Economics at Le Moyne College since January 2012. In addition to this role, Jim is the Lead Director at Stratus Properties Inc. and Co-Founder & Managing Director of The Dolphin Green & Gold Fund, LLC. Jim holds a significant presence in various organizations as a member of multiple boards, including the Eagle Group and MACNY - The Manufacturers Association. Educationally, Jim earned a Doctor of Executive Leadership from Le Moyne College and a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University. Jim's expertise is further recognized through the role as Carroll School Global Ignatian Fellow at Boston College from 2021 to 2024.
