Wayne Ellison

Wayne Ellison is currently the Facility Maintenance and Safety Manager at Maco Bag, where they are responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Previously, they served as an Engineer in the US Navy from 1984 to 1988, followed by positions at Goulds Pumps as a Foundry Mechanic and Team Leader from 1989 to 2005, and as a Crew Supervisor at Principio Electric/Construction from 2000 to 2007. Wayne’s extensive experience includes managing budgets, contractor bids, and plant-wide recycling programs, as well as supervising and training personnel in a variety of mechanical functions.
