Chris Hardiman

Chris Hardiman is a Principal Process Engineer at MACOM, where they focus on process development and optimization in plasma etching. Previously, Chris held roles at Wolfspeed as a Process Development Engineer for nearly a decade, specializing in RF R&D and the development of GaN-on-SiC devices. Their early experience includes internships and contractor roles at Qorvo, Inc., Protochips, and the NCSU Nanofabrication Facility, where they developed various etching processes. Chris is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering at North Carolina State University, having also earned a Bachelor of Science in the same field.
