Fred Tyler

Fred Tyler has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles in various companies. Fred is currently the VP Global Sales, Telecom at MACOM. Prior to that, they held the position of VP Communication Infrastructure at Wolfspeed, where they established a global customer-facing organization focused on 5G radio architecture design. Before that, Fred worked at Exterran as the VP/GM North America & VP Global Sales/Marketing, responsible for commercial and operational activities in the Americas. Fred also held roles at Emerson, where they were VP Global Sales, Energy Systems BU, and VP Sales, Marquee Accounts & MD, Emerson Network Power - Embedded Computing GmbH. Fred started their career at Infineon Technologies and Siemens Ltd, where they held various sales and managerial positions. Fred Tyler obtained a B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Trinity College Dublin in the years 1988-1992. Fred then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management at Technological University Dublin from 1992-1993. Later, from 1997-1999, Fred completed an Executive MBA program at University College Dublin, specializing in Masters in Business Administration. Additionally, Fred has certifications in Italian Language and Culture, with an advanced level obtained from Wellesley College in the years 2023-2024 and an intermediate level obtained in the years 2021-2022.
