George Barrier

George Barrier has a strong background in digital circuit design and verification. George worked at MACOM as a Principal Design Engineer, where they were involved in developing digital circuits and creating Verilog models of analog components for functional verification. George also automated the design flow through scripting. Prior to that, they served as an Electronic Design Senior Staff Engineer at Mindspeed Technologies. George worked at Broadcom as a Principal IC Design Engineer and at Netlist, Inc as a Senior ASIC Design Engineer. George also has experience in SoC design engineering, having worked at WiLinx Corporation. Before their industry experience, they worked as a Design Engineer at Mindspeed Technologies and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

George Barrier completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1987 to 1994. George then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering from the same university, specializing in Engineering, from 1996 to 1998.
