Jill Hansen has over 20 years of work experience in sales operations and customer service roles. Jill most recently served as the Director of Global Customer Service & Sales Operations at MACOM since 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Harris RF Communications as a Senior Manager, Sales Operations from 2009 onwards. At TE Connectivity, they served as a Manager of Business Support from 2007 to 2009. Jill'sextensive experience also includes roles as a Customer Service Manager and Business Support Manager at M/A-COM, where they led the customer service function, managed sales module activities during a transition to SAP ERP, and oversaw the global quoting/ordering process.
Jill Hansen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a major in General Business, from the University of New Hampshire between 1980 and 1984.
