Kwangseok Han

Kwangseok Han has extensive experience in the field of design engineering, particularly in high-speed SerDes technology. Kwangseok is currently working as a Senior Director of Design Engineering at MACOM since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of High-Speed SerDes at Renesas Electronics from 2018 to 2022. Before joining Renesas Electronics, they worked at IDT - Integrated Device Technology, Inc. as a Senior Director of High-Speed SerDes from 2013 to 2018.
