Ky Lai

KY Lai has a strong background in program management and engineering. They began their career in 2003 as a Team Lead for Process & Equipment Engineering at Infineon Technologies. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Process Engineering Development Specialist at NANIUM S.A. They then returned to Infineon Technologies in 2011, taking on roles as Manager of Change & Project Management and later as a Program Manager until 2018. In 2018, they joined Wolfspeed as a Program Manager and recently transitioned to MACOM in 2024 as a Senior Principal Product Engineer.

From 2009 to 2011, KY Lai attended EGP-UPBS University of Porto Business School, where they obtained an MBA degree in Magellan MBA.
