Lea Goya

Lea Goya (Mahoney) is a Senior EHS Engineer at MACOM, where they focus on safety and risk management within dynamic environments. With a Master of Science in Occupational Safety Management and a Bachelor's in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, they have developed expertise in safety management systems, accident investigations, and operational risk assessments. Previously, they enhanced their skills through roles at Nike as an Environmental Health Safety Specialist and as a Government Affairs Intern at EAA.
