Product Engineering; Principal at MACOM

Parshant Kumar is a Principal Engineer at MACOM since September 2020, with extensive experience in micro and nanofabrication, semiconductor development, and MEMS technology. Prior to this, Parshant held the position of Senior Technical Staff at CS Draper Laboratory from March 2007 to August 2020, where contributions included the development of processes for Si/diamond/polymer-based semiconductors and leading projects such as a diamond-based gyroscope and a GaN-based amplifier. Earlier roles included Research Specialist at the University of Maryland collaborating with DARPA on nano-electro-mechanical systems, a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Twente focusing on micro and nanoscale patterning, and Visiting Fellow positions at SangKyunKwan University and the University of Twente. Parshant Kumar's work has resulted in significant advancements in the fields of MEMS and semiconductor technology, including the development of innovative devices and processes.
