Rathnait Long

Rathnait Long is a Distinguished Fellow of Technology at MACOM, where they focus on advancing semiconductor materials and devices. They previously worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Lam Research, contributing to the development of 3D devices, and held a postdoctoral researcher position at Stanford University, where they conducted research on high-k materials and collaborated with industry leaders such as Intel and Texas Instruments. Rathnait holds a PhD in Microelectronic Engineering from University College Cork, where they also earned Master's and Bachelor's degrees in related fields. In addition, they have served as a technical reviewer for the National Science Foundation.
