Rui Liu

Rui Liu is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product engineering and management within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Product Engineering Manager at MACOM, Rui Liu leads the Product Engineering and Reliability Engineering teams for the MMIC Line. Previously, at Analog Devices, Rui Liu held various positions, culminating in the role of Product Engineering Manager, overseeing product design evaluation, qualification, and manufacturing release of advanced MMICs and modules for applications in 5G/6G communications, aerospace, defense, and optical networks. Rui Liu successfully managed cross-functional teams to align product development with market demands, implemented process improvements that significantly increased production yields, and drove initiatives for cost reduction and engineering excellence across numerous legacy products. Rui Liu holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
