Thomas Doughty is a Senior Product Engineer for the MMIC group at MACOM, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Manufacturing Process Engineer and Product Engineer at Microchip Technology Inc. from 2020 to 2022, where they were instrumental in the manufacturing processes and new product designs for diode and transistor devices. Doughty also gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at Moveras, LLC and Carolina Unmanned Vehicles in 2018 and 2019, respectively. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at North Carolina State University.
