Walter Honcharenko

Walter Honcharenko is a distinguished RF expert in wireless telecommunication systems, currently serving as a MACOM Distinguished Fellow of Technology focused on RF and GaN. With a rich background in RF propagation, antenna systems, and communication theory, they have held significant positions at Nokia, CACI International Inc, and Blue Danube Systems. Walter earned a BSEE, MSEE, and PhD in Electrical Engineering and Electrophysics from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, contributing to their depth of knowledge in advanced RF technology and system engineering. Their expertise spans a wide range of wireless technologies from 2G to 5G and includes pioneering developments in high-power amplifiers and signal processing.
