Yunchu Li

Yunchu Li is a Senior Optical Engineer at MACOM since September 2014, specializing in the design, simulation, tapeout, and testing of silicon photonic integrated circuits. Prior experience includes working as a Photonic Design Engineer at Silicon Lightwave Services LLC, where Yunchu Li focused on research and CAD software implementation for photonic integrated circuits in various optical interconnect applications. A former Research Assistant at the University of Southern California, Yunchu Li contributed to projects involving differential coherent silicon transceivers and silicon microring modulators. Yunchu Li holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, as well as a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Optics Engineering from Shandong University. Additionally, Yunchu Li served as a committee member for the IEEE Optical Interconnects Conference in 2015.
