Nathan Childress

Founder, Chair, CEO at Macorva

Nathan Childress began their career in 2004 as a Clinical Medical Physicist at The Methodist Hospital. In 2010, they founded and became CEO of Mobius Medical Systems, a software solutions company for radiation therapy quality assurance that was acquired by Varian Medical Systems in 2018. At Varian, Nathan held the role of Associate Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and assisted in the integration of Mobius into normal operations. In 2020, Nathan joined Aspekt Solutions as a Board Member and in 2021, they joined Hubly Surgical as an Advisory Board Member. Additionally, Nathan is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Macorva, Inc., a next-generation employee and customer experience platform utilizing exclusive Radiant™ AI technology.

Nathan Childress obtained a PhD in Medical Physics from MD Anderson Cancer Center between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained an MS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 2000 and 2001. Nathan also obtained a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1997 and 2000.
