Carolyn Ingram, MBA, is a Health Plan President and an Executive Vice President with expertise in healthcare public affairs, policy, and government affairs, currently serving as a Commissioner for MACPAC. With a strong background in Medicaid and Medicare policy, Carolyn has successfully led initiatives that secured significant state contracts and enhanced healthcare services for underserved communities. Previously, Carolyn held senior leadership roles at Molina Healthcare and the Center for Health Care Strategies, Inc., where they guided strategic development and advocated for policy reforms. Carolyn continues their education at the University of Puget Sound, building on a foundation established with an MBA from New Mexico State University.
