Vira Tkachenko

Vira Tkachenko has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Vira started their career as a Junior Software Developer at the Institute of Software Systems in 2006. Vira then worked as a Junior Java Developer at Cybervision Inc. from December 2007 to July 2009. In 2008, they briefly worked as a Developer at Roundbox. Vira joined MacPaw Inc. in March 2009 as a Software Engineer and held this position until March 2013. Vira then advanced to the role of Software Team Lead at MacPaw Inc. in March 2012 and held this position for seven years until November 2019. In November 2019, Vira became the Chief Technology Officer at MacPaw Inc. and is currently serving in this position.

Vira Tkachenko attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they also hold certifications in Security Yellow Belt from Security Journey, obtained in August 2023, and in Leading and Building Culture of Innovation from Harvard Business School, obtained in September 2018.
