David Ward has extensive work experience in HR and management roles. David began their career at Nandos Australia as a National HR Advisor, where they worked for three years. David then joined iiNet as an HR Manager, first in Victoria and later in South Australia. After their time at iiNet, David worked as a Change Management & HR Consultant at the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman's Office for a brief period. David then transitioned to Macpherson Kelley, where they held various roles including HR Manager - VIC, National HR Manager, Director of Marketing & HR, and most recently Chief Operating Officer.
David Ward completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Monash University in 2009. David also obtained a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Southern Cross Training in the same year. Prior to these certifications, David attended Victoria University where they pursued a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources.
