Emma Fleming

Emma Fleming has extensive experience in local government, planning, and environmental law. Emma has worked in various roles throughout their career, including as a Principal Lawyer at Macpherson Kelley since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Partner at Swaab Attorneys from 2017 to 2022, where they specialized in planning and environment law and represented clients in court mediations and conciliations. Emma was also the Principal of E J Fleming Legal from 2016 to 2017, where they focused on local government and environmental law.
