Brett Connor

Brett Connor is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-end dining establishments and a strong background in business development. Currently serving as a Business Development Chef at Macphie UK since May 2022, Brett previously led the cookery school and development at Salt Restaurant, a Michelin-starred venue, from November 2019 to May 2022. Other notable roles include Development Chef at Samworth Brothers (Blueberry Foods), Sous Chef at Swinfen Hall Hotel, and Chef de Partie at Mallory Court and various other prestigious restaurants. Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from The Open University, with prior culinary qualifications from University College Birmingham.
