Malgorzata Herner

Malgorzata Herner has extensive experience in product development and project management within the food industry. Currently serving as Strategic Project Manager, Commercial Project Manager, and Channel Product Manager at Macphie UK since September 2018, Malgorzata has played a key role in overseeing various strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Malgorzata worked at Mathiesons Bakery Ltd as NPD Process and Innovation Technologist, focusing on new product development for seasonal campaigns. Experience also includes working as an NPD technologist at Johnstones Food Service, managing a test kitchen and leading quality control for new products, and as an NPD Assistant at Johnston's Bakers. Malgorzata holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the State School of Higher Professional Education in Elblag, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
