Mark Duncan is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations, engineering, and quality management. Currently serving as the Technical Director at Macphie UK since August 1995, Mark has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Operations Director and Head of Operations. Prior to this, Mark worked as the Group Technical Manager at Scotch Premier Meat Limited, overseeing technical operations at multiple plants.
