Adele Jenkins

Adele Jenkins is currently the People & Culture Director at Macquarie Group, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Adele served as the Executive Manager of People Consulting Lead at Commonwealth Bank from 2020 to 2022 and worked at EY in various roles, including Manager of People Advisory Services from 2017 to 2018. Adele began their career as a Business Consultant at Logica, where they worked from 2008 to 2013. They earned a First Class BA (Hons) in Business Management and IT from the University of Winchester between 2008 and 2011.
