Jon Light is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Macquarie Group, a role held since 2019. Previously, Jon served as Chief Risk Officer at Credit Suisse Dublin Branch from 2016 to 2018, where they established risk infrastructure and governance frameworks. Jon has also contributed to HSBC as an Internal Audit Manager from 1996 to 1998 and held various positions at Credit Suisse from 2004 to 2015, including Director of Prime Services Risk Management. Jon holds a B Honours in Economics from Exeter University and is a Fellow of the ICAEW.
