Mandy Wang

Mandy Wang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in tax transfer pricing and financial control, primarily at Macquarie Group from July 2017 to April 2022. In this role, Mandy held positions such as Senior Manager in Tax Transfer Pricing and Senior Manager in Financial Control, overseeing financial management of global remuneration accounting, statutory reporting, and trust accounting for share-based payment plans. Prior to that, Mandy served as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, where responsibilities included developing management reports and managing a $200 million cost base for the Finance division. Earlier experience at Macquarie Bank from April 2005 to December 2009 involved managing payroll operations for over 4,000 employees across 23 countries as a Human Resources Manager. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Law from Jinan University and an MBA in Professional Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney.
