Max Textor

Max Textor has a diverse background in communications and training, having held various roles across notable organizations. Starting as a Social Media Consultant at the New Zealand National Party, Max transitioned to a Digital Consultant position at Topham Guerin. Subsequent experience includes serving as a Learning and Development Advisor at Auckland Council and holding multiple titles at Westpac New Zealand, including Learning Solutions Designer and Learning Capability Manager. In 2018, Max worked as a Communications Specialist at Kiwibank and has been with Macquarie Group since July 2025 as Manager of Risk Training. Max holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film, TV, and Media from The University of Auckland and is a graduate of King's College, Auckland.
