Oded Dickmann

Oded Dickmann is a technology leader with extensive experience in the trading and finance sectors, currently serving as the Tech Lead of Intraday Power Trading at Macquarie Group since October 2025. Previously, Oded held the position of Head of Engineering at Energetech, overseeing all aspects of the technology department for a proprietary trading company in European energy exchanges. Oded also led engineering efforts at LiteBit, a regulated crypto brokerage, and contributed to the development of an automated trading system at Project Fortech-Crypto. Earlier roles include key positions at Flow Traders and IMC Trading, where significant improvements to trading infrastructure and expansion projects were achieved. Oded began a career in software development at Scientific Volume Imaging after earning a BSC in Computer Science and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
