Steve Packham

Steve Packham is the Chief Design Officer for the Corporate Operations Group, leading the Experience Design team to enhance Strategic and Service Design, Product Design, Customer Service Excellence, and DesignOps capabilities within the organization. Previously, they held various leadership positions, including Associate Director at Macquarie Group, where they were responsible for embedding Human-Centred Design practices, and Senior Manager at Deutsche Bank, where they oversaw change management initiatives. Steve's global experience includes living and working in New York, London, and Sydney, and they hold a degree in Business Economics from the University of Leeds.
