Eoin Leech has extensive experience in risk management and financial analysis within the aviation finance sector. Currently serving as Vice President, Risk at Macquarie AirFinance, Eoin previously held roles at SMBC Aviation Capital as AVP of Commercial Analysis and at Ryanair, where key responsibilities included managing a significant financial market risk portfolio and executing large-scale hedging strategies. Eoin's career began with positions as a Financial Communication Intern at Ingenico Group and an Audit Intern at Deloitte. Eoin holds Bachelor's degrees in International Business from both NEOMA Business School and Dublin City University, along with executive education from Harvard Law School.
