At MacRail, we deliver integrated workforce and site management solutions that enhance safety, boost efficiency, and drive successful project outcomes across the UK’s rail and infrastructure sectors.

Recognised for our market-leading site access control services, we’ve evolved into a comprehensive delivery partner—providing a suite of innovative technologies and human-led solutions that improve how worksites are managed and workforces are supported. From fatigue risk management for labour suppliers to end-to-end access and welfare solutions, we help clients reduce risk, control costs, and optimise performance.

Trusted by industry leaders including Network Rail, our solutions ensure that only qualified, competent, and authorised personnel access safety-critical sites. Delivered through our expertly trained site teams and 24/7 Access Control Centre, we blend smart technology with deep sector expertise to uphold the highest standards in compliance, safety, and operational excellence.

As your delivery partner, we go beyond access control. We act as gatekeepers of your site, ensuring every person, process, and platform supports a safer, more efficient work environment. Our people are more than operatives—they’re industry professionals trained to safeguard your project outcomes while meeting the complex demands of UK construction and infrastructure sites.

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to service, safety, and innovation. MacRail empowers your teams, protects your worksites, and helps you deliver high-performing, successful projects—with confidence and control.
