David Pearce

David Pearce has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in finance and operations. Their most recent position was as the Finance Director at Macro, where they supported the company's successful Management BuyOut and implemented post-transaction financial enhancements. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of FP&A at Perspectum Ltd, where they developed financial analysis and commercial insights to support the company's growth. David also held the position of Head of Finance, Supply Chain, and Sustainability Projects/CFO at LAT Water Limited, where they prepared the company for a transformative water treatment technology rollout. Before that, they served as the Executive Director of Business Operations at PRA Health Sciences, leading and delivering business initiatives across the organization. David also has experience as a Finance Director for the Vale Academy Trust, Manager to Executive Director of Operations Finance at PRA Health Sciences, Financial Controller at Newbury Investments, and Assistant Manager at KPMG UK. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in finance, strategic planning, and business partnering.

David Pearce obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath in 2003. David then pursued a Chartered Accountancy qualification from KPMG LLP, completing it in 2006. In 2024, they are expected to graduate from the University of the West of England with a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management.
