Mark Brandon

Mark Brandon is an experienced security operations professional with a diverse background in management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Security Operations Manager at Macro since December 2023, Mark plays a key part in delivering excellence within the Surrey County Council Contract. Previously, Mark held multiple positions at ISS Facility Services UK, including General Manager and Workplace Experience Manager. Mark’s experience also includes roles as National Account Manager and Security Manager at SECURITAS SECURITY SERVICES (UK) LIMITED, along with a Security Manager position at OCS Group UK. Mark began his career in security management at Reliance Security Services Ltd, ultimately advancing to Continuous Improvement Manager. Mark holds a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
