Ross Abbate

Ross Abbate has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Ross is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Macro since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Mace from 2020 to 2023, where they held the position of Chief Executive Officer - Mace Operate. Before joining Mace, they were associated with Mace Macro from 2007 to 2019, where they held multiple roles including Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, Business Development Director, and Business Development Manager. Ross also worked at Johnson Controls as a Solutions Manager from 2006 to 2007, and at Resolve FM as a National Sales Manager from 2003 to 2006. Ross started their career at Johnson Controls as a Business Development Executive from 2000 to 2003 and at The J&D Organisation as an Account Manager from 1996 to 2000. Ross Abbate began their career at Concise Systems as a Service Manager from 1993 to 1996.

Ross Abbate completed their Higher School Certificate at De La Salle from 1979 to 1987. Ross then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering, specializing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, from the University of Technology Sydney from 1988 to 1994.
