Tim Smith LLB(Hons), CIWFM, Dip SM, MIC, MAPM is currently the MENA Regional Consulting Director at Macro, where they provide strategic and technical consultancy services tailored to the MENA region's governments, developers, and partners. With extensive experience, Tim has held various leadership positions, including Consulting Director at Wadal Project Management and Operations Planning Director at Serco, leading operational excellence initiatives across multiple sectors. They possess a strong educational background, including a Law degree from Birmingham University and various leadership diplomas from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Through their career, Tim has been instrumental in the development of facilities management functions and has managed large teams for significant contracts.
