Wouter Bijvoets is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in the retail sector, currently serving as Facilities Account Lead for LEGO EMEA NA at Macro since November 2023, following a similar role as Operations Manager for Nike and Converse EMEA at Mace from November 2020 to November 2023. Wouter has successfully managed the delivery of cleaning and technical services across a portfolio of over 300 retail stores in 22 countries, overseeing operational needs, vendor performance, and new store openings. Prior to these roles, Wouter held positions as Regional Facilities Manager EMEA at Mace, Consultant at Acto Informatisering, and KAM Coordinator at Technisch buro Pola B.V.
