Most growing businesses get stuck between two traps.

Too much overhead from in-house design teams.
Too much chaos from disconnected consulting.

MACRO was built as the third path.

We combine the depth of in-house thinking with the agility of a external partnership.

⬛ How we work:

We go MACRO first - mapping the full architecture of your challenge.

Then we go micro - connecting strategy to execution as one coordinated system.

A macro designer holds the wider vision while bringing in specialists openly, as needed.

10+ projects since 2023 across product, industrial and interaction design, branding, packaging, and installations.

Full studio launched March 2026.

⬛ We work with:

- Organizations recovering from fragmented design work.
- Businesses making their first strategic design investment.
- Teams moving from spot work to an ongoing partnership.
- Companies that value design but don't know how to structure it.
