Ruth Saunders

Ruth Saunders has extensive experience in IT support and leadership roles, currently serving as Support Team Leader at Macro 4 since February 2015. Prior to this position, Ruth worked at OCS Group UK for nearly nine years, initially as a Software Support Analyst and advancing to Contract System Support Analyst and IT Engineer, providing comprehensive IT support to senior management and users. Ruth's earlier roles include Desktop Support Specialist at CP Ships and IT Systems Officer at East Sussex County Council, where oversight of a support team was a key responsibility. Additionally, Ruth has demonstrated strong managerial skills as Technical Support Supervisor at Civil Service College Ltd, where management of the IT Helpdesk was a primary function. Ruth holds a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance from Farnborough College of Technology.
