Lance George

Lance George has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lance began their career as a General Manager at Hardee's (Corporate/Franchise) in 1982, where they held various positions in restaurant operations, training, and new unit openings. Lance then worked as a Manager at RTM Restaurant Group, overseeing restaurant management and POS setup and training for multiple concepts. From 1999 to 2002, Lance served as a Regional POS Technician at CKE Restaurants, providing POS service and rollouts in a 4-state area. At Spartan Computer Services, they served as a Project Manager, Area Supervisor, and Senior Field Engineer from 2002 to 2007, taking charge of POS service, rollouts, staffing, and vendor management. After that, Lance worked at Paradigm Investment Group as a Field Technical Manager, responsible for POS service, helpdesk support, and POS rollouts to Hardee's franchise units in the Southeast US. Currently, Lance is working as a Project Manager at Macro Integration Services since 2016, where they lead various projects. Throughout their career, Lance has gained expertise in IT/POS projects, project management, training, documentation, and vendor relations.

Lance George attended The University of Alabama in Huntsville from 1982 to 1983, where they pursued studies in the field of Business.
