Macro Pathways is a developing initiative created to expand career options for social workers beyond traditional clinical practice. We connect students and professionals to nontraditional and macro-level opportunities, including entry-level roles, internships, and volunteer experiences.

In this prototype stage, we’re testing tools such as a curated job board, certificate guide, macro program listings, and skill-building workshops. Operating remotely, Macro Pathways is laying the groundwork for stronger career pathways that empower social work to address systemic challenges more effectively in the years ahead.
