Martin Carr

Martin Carr has over 25 years of work experience in the recruitment field. In 1993, they began their career in the US Navy as a Recruiting Regional Supervisor Senior Chief. In 2006, they joined Randstad Engineering as a Recruiter/Sales Manager, where they worked their way up to a Recruiter Manager position within 13 months. In 2013, they joined Johnson Service Group, Inc. as a Recruiter Manager. In 2017, they joined CDI Talent & Technology Solutions as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they worked with the Federal Government to fill cyber-security/InfoSec, Cloud Supervisor, Data Scientist, and other positions requiring Secret and Top-Secret clearances. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Macro Solutions.
