John F.

John F. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and strategy. Currently serving as Chairman and Independent Director at Third Age Health, and Chief Financial Officer at both MacroActive™ and Ruminant BioTech, John has held multiple directorships, including a prior role at Anjuli Mack Fit Limited and Swimtastic Limited. With a strong background in strategic roles, John was previously the Group Head of Strategy at MediaWorks NZ and led the Quantum Programme at Spark New Zealand. John’s early career included significant contributions as Senior Strategy Analyst and Head of Strategy at NZX Limited. Academically, John holds an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Auckland, a diploma from Kaplan Australia, and is a participant in the CPA Australia Program.
