Alfred Sadek has extensive experience in sales enablement and training, currently serving as the Head of Sales Enablement & Training at Macrobond Financial since November 2018, where initiatives are designed to enhance sales team performance. Previously, Alfred established and led the Macrobond Academy as Academy Lead & Product Specialist, focusing on scalable onboarding through a comprehensive curriculum. Alfred began his tenure at Macrobond as a Sales Trainer and Junior Product Specialist, conducting training sessions for the sales team. Prior experience includes an assistant role at the Art, Science and Technology University in Lebanon, where responsibilities involved curriculum development and organization of seminars and workshops. Alfred holds a Master's degree in International Economics from Lund University and a Master's degree from King's College London, alongside a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University Indianapolis.
