Toby Carlin

Toby Carlin is currently the VP - Global Head of Pre-Sales at Macrobond, a position held since 2025. Toby's extensive experience at RBS included roles such as Head of Fraud - Customer Experience & Complex Investigations, where they built strategies that enhanced operational efficiency and customer experience. They also held multiple positions at FICO, including Senior Director roles in Fraud and Cyber & Compliance, leading global teams to combat financial crime across various sectors.
