Jerry Mcdaniel

Jerry Mcdaniel is the Director of Customer Success at MacroFab. Jerry has over fifteen years of experience in customer success, technical support, and training. Prior to joining MacroFab, Jerry was the Solution Architect at Smarsh, where they provided implementation, pre-sales, and troubleshooting support to small business and enterprise-level clients. Jerry also led pre-sales consultations with potential customers and served as the lead application support professional for the Presensoft IM Policy Manager client. Following the acquisition of Presensoft by Smarsh in 2015, Jerry became the head trainer for Smarsh's support and implementation teams.

Jerry began their career in customer success at Presensoft Inc. in April 2005. Jerry provided comprehensive pre- and post-sales training relating to the installation and functionality of the Presensoft client and customer portal. Jerry left Presensoft in January 2016 to join Smarsh as their Solution Architect.

Prior to their work in customer success, Jerry served as the CTO/CFO/Member LLC of Litigation Records Services from January 1995 to September 2004.

Jerry Mcdaniel has a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Their fields of study include Economics, Business, and Philosophy.

Jerry Mcdaniel works with Joey Rodriguez - Director of Product Management, Dan Holm - Director of Development, and Chris Granberry - Chief Financial Officer. Their manager is Misha Govshteyn, CEO.
