David Stump

Dr. Stump has served as a director since September 2013. Dr. Stump was most recently Executive Vice President, Research and Development at Human Genome Sciences, Inc., where he was employed from November 1999 until his retirement in December 2012. Dr. Stump also serves as a director of Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly held company, and as a director of Dendreon Corporation, also a publicly held company. The Board believes that Dr. Stump's medical training and 23 years of experience in research and development and operations in the biotechnology industry qualify him to serve as a member of our Board.
