Deepa Varghese

Deepa Varghese has a strong background in product safety and pharmacovigilance. Deepa is currently working as an Associate Product Safety Director at MacroGenics, Inc., a position they started in August 2021. Prior to this role, they held various positions at MacroGenics, including Senior Product Safety Specialist and Product Safety Specialist. Before joining MacroGenics, Deepa worked as a Pharmacovigilance and Safety Specialist at Technical Resources International, Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Deepa also gained experience at Novartis, where they held roles as a Clinical Safety Scientist, Senior Safety Processing Expert, and Safety Processing Expert from 2009 to 2012. Deepa began their career as a Clinical Research Associate at PFIZER LIMITED in 2007.

Deepa Varghese obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research from IFCR in the year 2008. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Merit International Institute of Technology between 2003 and 2007.
