Additionally, at Janssen Research Foundation, they held roles such as Director of Operations Officer, Clinical Operations Team Management, Director of Global Clinical Operations, and Associate Director of Clinical Research, Development & Regulatory Affairs, Worldwide, CNS.

Early in their career, Ros worked at Janssen-Cilag as a Medical Research Manager and Clinical Research Associate. Ros was responsible for international development and clinical trials related to schizophrenia and other indications.

Before their career in the pharmaceutical industry, Ros worked as a Medical Representative and Trade Marketing Specialist at Ciba-Geigy.

Ros Cheetham completed their undergraduate education from 1976 to 1979 at Imperial College London, where they earned a BSc (Honours) degree in Zoology. In 1981, they enrolled at the University of the Witwatersrand and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Zoology/pharmacology, specifically focusing on the treatment of C. hepatica infection. Later in 1986, they attended Damelin College of Marketing Management in South Africa, where they received a Certificate of Marketing Management, specializing in Marketing.
